How to tone my thighs?

I’m still at school and I really want to cut down on the meals and the food I eat I weigh 10 and a half stone and my thighs are massive and my stomach is wobbles how am I meant to enjoy school when I’m surrounded with people with great legs and tiny waists? I’ve considered anorexia and dieting but I don’t know where to start. I go swimming once a week but I don’t think thats enough to decrease the size of my thighs any advice on how to tone me up and get me skinny? I’d feel a lot more confident than I do now HELP!

It Doesn’t matter how old you are just try being more healthy and maybe trying skipping once a night

Dancing is also a really good way of getting fit

DO SQUATS AT LEAST 100 EVERY OTHER DAY, OR LUNGES. DRING EIGHT GLASSES OF WATER A DAY AND RUN, RUN RUN RUN… GOOD LUCK

RIDE A BICYCLE EVERYWHERE YOU GO…I’m 54 and ride a bike.
