im 13 im like 160 pounds I want to loss wight I know theres runing and swiming and crunches and sit ups but what else I want to do more then that I have been eating good no junk food or any thing but still what else???

Well you need to understand that weight loss takes a while… So just keep up the exercise and eating healthy and in no time you’ll look great and feel great! :)

take omega 3 fish pills, I know they sound gross, but lots of people take them , and they just in general make you healthier, PLUS they help your hair grow so nicely. they make me have rosy cheeks, and my skin is nicer.
