Relieving Stress

What are some ways you guys deal with stress. I have so much going on in my life right now and Im starting to go crazy, and exhausting myself! I am in college fulltime, work fulltime, have a serious relationship with my boyfriend who is now long distance (I still see often), am becoming so broke I am scared, have homework or assignments like every night to do even after work, and my co-op for school I have to be there at 6:30 am twice a week so Im just exhausted. and ideas?

Light reading is a good way to relax and clear your mind, so you can go to sleep without your mind still trying to solve the day’s problems. Try short stories in the Readers Digest, or light fare that you don’t care anything about, like reading the newspapers, classifieds, or National Enquirer. Be sure to schedule yourself to have 8-9 hours a night in bed. Reading and sleeping. Eat really well, take your vitamins. And work your buns off, while you’re young. You’ll never be stronger, or able to handle as much of a load as you can now, so be strong, and accomplish your education and start your career and raise a family and all, while you have the energy, and health to do it.
Schedule your month up ahead. To the hour, being sure to schedule in enough relaxation time, days off, window shopping, exercise, play, and sleep. That way you’re not confused and non productive, because you know what you should be doing, and when.

you should go running or do other exercises because I heard its reallly good to relieve stress

have you heard of positive life radio? go to plr.org and listen now. its my favorite radio station and I am going through the same stuff. usually I am a rap person but since I started listening to this its all I listen. hope you find this helpful:)

meditate

oh my god there are these self hypnosis cd’s my cousin got the set for the one to quit smoking but there are ones for different things too. I fell asleep they were so relaxing. you should really try them.

you do sound like your really stressed out tho and your a really hard worker.

I sit in my room, listen to my music, and sometimes write, or sing, or just cry… and when I can, I lay in my boyfriends arms and just forget about everything else…

people I dont want to create cancer and I dislike metal and all that screaming…I want to relieve the stress not make myself more angry

I stay away from people for long periods of time, sometimes even months and think everything through. and once everything is thought out I never think about it again.

You could do allot of meditating and praying. I heard that yoga is also good for relieving stress. I deal with stress by being around people I socialize with which are people from my church. I’m also in college and can understand the stress of homework. You could also read a really good book that you like. I also deal with stress by relaxing in bed. You should try those things mentioned above.
