She won't let him see her
Okay my husband has a daughter he thinks this is what the girl mom is telling him even thou she wont let him see her. Since at the time of the babys birth over a year ago this other guy is considered legal dad so when we went to the department of health and walfare they told us they had to test this other guy first. We have offered nermous times to fully pay for one out side of the one they use but she wont there has to be advocates for things like this doesnt there??? He reallly hopes that she is his but she wont let him see her…
its called getting legitamized go to a lawyer they will get it done.
Talk to a lawyer. Some places have “free” lawyers for the public in situations like this and others especially if you can’t afford one. Consult with one for free. Try to catch her with a recording saying these things and take it to the lawyer as long as that’s not illegal in your state. You could use the recording device one your cell phone or something. She may just be being mean. I am thinking it’s not his, but for the best interest of any child’s life, you should do everything possible to find out. Best Wishes
