No muscle only bones

I am 20 years male with a height of 5.8 ft, weighing around 48kgs, but I m very thin, how to get some skins aroumd my bones?

Eat protein? Best way is (if you’re really dedicated) start exercising really… and combine it with lots of protein to encourage muscle developement and growth. I mean short of just literally finding a way to get fat (and you only get fat from eating unhealthily- as in portions, meal times and type of food you eat) to get meat on your bones is to bulk up with muscle. (but damn what I wouldn’t give to be your weight @-@ and a bit taller…><)

u just have to do excercises to build yur muscles,r join a gym and do sum weights,u will soon get sum muscles then
