bone promblems
I have really sore wrists, mainly my left one. im 24 and I seem to always have whats like a sprained wrist! it goes away for like a month then comes back with me not doiung anything! ihurts so much, I cnt lie on it or carry anything but then in a week its fine. this happens in both my wrists. also ever month or so my whole arms ache really bad.. like in my bones not my muscle! it achs soo much that I cant sleep. could this be connected? anyone know what it is?
have you had any falls lately? mabie it could be an ingery.
have you seen the docters about it?
had no falls!! no injuries!! never broken a bone. been going on for years now. but its happening more offtern now!
