How to lose 5 kgs?

I’ve been trying for the past 2 months to lose an excess 4 kgs from my 63 kgs weight. For the past 2 years, I weighed at 59 kgs (fluctuating by about 0.5 kgs). However, towards December 2007, my weight increased and I’m still at 62.5 - 63 kgs. I’m 5ft 2 in, with a medium size body structure.
I’ve been to see the health nurse, showed her my daily food intake menu and received recommendations from her on the type of food which I should cut down. I’ve tried for the past 3 weeks to reduce sweet foods (such as pastries, cakes) and also, fried ones. However, I’ve not seen even a kg of weight being reduced. I drink 2 bottles (600 ml each) of water daily.
I do really need an advice from a professional. HELP…

better google it…you’ll find more answers there if you’re desperate…the truth is I’m having the same problem as yours…I just do exercise and proper diet just to maintain my body weight…
