can you really eat certian foods to boost matabolism up and burn caleries? if so what are sum?

Also in the morning if you drink a glass of water with lemon in it it boosts your metabolism :)

well foods cant directly affect your metabolism. well coffee can but not by enough to have an effect. to speed up your metabolism start exercising a lot. or eating fish containing large amounts of OMEGA 3 fatty acid

celery, because its accually negitive calories, its takes your body more energy to digest it, then it has. so celery, and ice water! ice water makes your body use energy to warm up the water.

but you should be healthy about it. eat more then just sunflower seeds, oranges and celery :D lol

Healthy well balanced food with extercise thats for sure. Muscle gives you a fast er metabolism…and eating breakfast kick starts it too! Never miss it or it will slow down. :)
