loose weight quickly

Does anyone know how I can loose weight and get a flab stomach quickly.

do 1000 sit ups a day and only eat greens lettuce cucumber broccoli etc for like 2 weeks lol made this diet on the spot so yeah worth a try

haha yeah I wouldn’t follow tha tmade up diet but he has the jist of it. Eat lots of healthy food like greens and fruits (low sugar fruits blueberries etc.) and excerise. Maybe not 1000 situps a day but do however many you can and go for brisk walks in the morning. Cut back on coffee and soda and drink water. :] good luck. But in all honesty, you are gorgeous just the way you are! You realyl are skinny already!

doing 1000 sit ups a day is totally not going to happen. It would kill you- well not literally but it would really hurt, youd have really bad muscle ache, I know.

And eating just one food group like the above said such as lettice is really not good for you at all and reserech shows it can actually make you gain weight and not loose it x
