Does jump rope make you lose weight? If yes, should I do it everyday? And how long?

And how long will the results show?

Skipping is a brilliant calorie burner, if you use it consistantly each day in conjunction with eating healthily you are bound to become slimmer. Dont go too crazy though :)

It helps tone your legs and arms… and if you do it long enough (3 weeks) then it starts toning your butt. It speeds your heart rate up and that burns more calories. For it to start showing results maybe 1 week and a half. :) xxx Hope I helped.
