Is it not healthy?

Well I’ve lost a lot of weight over this summer so now im under weight not by a ton but I don’t know I havent been doing anything to lose weight really but all the time im thinking about how much weight I could lose and like when I look in the mirror when I suck in and see my ribs for some reason I wish I were that skinny…I know its bad and I dont want an eating disorder but like I don’t know :/ and instead of eating sometimes I fake im not hungry not skipping meals though like I just forget about it and I dont like eating in front of people so basically my conscious is sort of “helping” me lose this weight because im so afraid of gaining it oh btw im 14 about 5”4’ and weigh 103.5

I would say you do have an eating disorder at such a young age, its easy to get confused from things like the media, celebrities, freinds, music videos and fashion magazines, who all portrat the perfect body as being “model skinny” these things also protrayan unrealistic body image which makes a lot of girls think thats what they should look like and as a result a lot of them end up starving themselves and having eating disorders because there convinced that there not perfect or there fat or overweight and this image of themselves is wrong you are underweight, your not fat or anything and you need to start seeing that. by perposly not eating or cutting things out of your diet not only does it indicate an eating disorder but at so young, its messing up your body as well because your a bit underweight you might not start your period yet you can even put it off all together, which will stop other things like your breats growing and you developing normally …also if you keep this habbit up for too long it can mess up your fertility it can actually make you infertile and unable to have kids I would advise you speak to your parents, a doctor, counsellor even about this its not something you can deal with by yourself or something thats going to go away …im sure your family loves you and imagine if you had a kid and that kid wassnt eating properly because she thought she was fat…youd be pretty upset right… so your mum especially will help you through this, and its best to talk to her about it do get some kind of help…the sooner you start to get over this problem the sooner your body will get back to normal and hopefully youll see your body image for what it really is

your obviously WAY below the small frama so eating more would be good and you shouldnt feel concious when your eating in front of people because then you will never b able to eat at those really fancy restaurnts haha

im turning 16 in like 30 days and 5’ 4 and weigh ALOOTTT!!! and im not over exaggerating..
