Is is bad and what can I do

What should a 5’’3 girl who is 15 who weighs 210 pounds do to lose weight… plus my body fat is approx 20% so im not all that fat just built big. Is this bad?

well it would be best if you first see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range that way you can find out exactly how much weight you need to loose

well if your a lil bit on the heavyer side. then id suggest to just try and stay away from a lot of junk foods,caffeine,eat and drink healthy,go for daily walks and excersise. even dancing can help get sum weight off.

Well, since your short (sowwy) It’s more of a problem to be that weight. Do the only thing that will help you lose weight and keep it off. Exercise and eat right
