Why have you counted each calorie… Anyways, yes, that is a tad much, by 51 cals. But don’t worry, we all have the days where we just want to eat and eat and eat. As long as you aren’t eating like that each day you’ll be fine. You should be eating on average 2000.

No that’s pretty much the perfect caloric intake. Just remember to stay active.

Answer #3

the average amount for a woman is 2000, but depending on your height and weight you may need more.

It’s generally around 2000 though.

Don’t worry, the 51 calories won’t do anything much. To gain 1lb you need to over eat what you need to maintain your weight by 500 calories, so it’s fine :)

“To gain 1lb you need to over eat what you need to maintain your weight by 500 calories”

You forgot to mention that you’d have to do that for 7 days. It takes 3500 calories to equal 1 pound, so to gain 1 pound per week you need to consume 500 calories per day more than you burn. To lose 1 pound per week you’d have to consume 500 calories less per day than you burn.

Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!
