Why is it almost impossible to qualify for welfare?

Because it is a government aid intended to help those with little to no income, including the working poor. It is aimed primarily at families with children, older individuals, and those who are disabled. You need to meet qualifications such as the ones listed above (but not limited to) in order to qualify for welfare.

Because you can only get it, if you really need it. And if you really need it then you can have all that they require. Some people find that as a game and just a way to get extra stuff, when people outhere really need it.

Because it is like free money given by the government and they need to give it out to people who are probably like literally poor or their situation meeets the governments welfare standards..like no place to live..But if you really need i guess you know you have to make your story sound more bad then it actually is because thats what somebody in my family needed to do in order to be helped..and i mean she was totally out on her luck..but it wasn’t enough to them in order for her to get welfare..so i guess you just need to make stuff up.
