should I workout in the morning or the evening?

or does it not even matter.

Like in the evening I’d workout from like 7-9 around that time. then go to bed by 10:30

yeah you can workout anytime of the day it wont affect it, like the other guy said just stay high in protein esp. if you want to gain weight from this and its best to drink a protein shake or eat a lot of protein right before bed as it will give it the most time to heal up your muscle

It doesn’t matter what time. Stick to a high protein, low fat diet if possible to help aid your muscle growth :)

It dosent matter what time. I change my workout schedules everyday.
