How much exercise have to do to loose weight

Hi im 22 years old my hight is 5.2 and weght is 68. I want to know that how much time I would spend on my exersice means I want to loose at least 3 kgs in a week so how many hours are enough for my exercise espacialy if I do jogging or aerobics?

u need to burn like 3000 calories to lose 1 pound, so you gotta watch your calorie intake and burn that off and then some

on the contrary, W a t 3 are is slightly misstaking the calories, to loose 1 pound you must loose 3,500 calories. you dont weight much so no worrys unless you know your like bulimic or anorexic so up-tight about loosing weight or if its for a sport then thats a different story if its just to impress, get over yourself.

Exercise is essential to weight loss. Fresh fruits and vegetables too. And remember, its not the quantity of exercise you do but the quality.
