How can I get toned inner thighs?

I just need exercises that would make my thighs more tone, because when I sit down they look really fat/big. I guess they are like jiggly. But yeah I dont like them. Oh and my inner thighs, they rub together when I walk, and I want to make it so they dont.

Do you know of any excersises that would help? thanks super tons :]

Part of this is genetics, so your thighs may overall always look bigger than the rest of your body to you.

But if they are flabby, stop eating fatty foods esp excess carbohydrates, increase your protein intake and start proper exercises that help out.

Some of the most fun is in going swimming regularly you will have thighs that look sculpted by an artist.

Also tennis or jogging is fun too and good for your legs.

There are tons of exercises too for your thighs but without some resistance (machine or resistance bands) you really wont achieve any fast results.

Also I mentioned exercises second because when you engage in sports you dont realize you are doing work while you are having fun and you have a better chance of maintaining that activity than you do being cooped up in your house exercising.

theres a move on my belly dancing dvd where they lay on their side as if to do a leg lift then prop one leg up, bent knee, and raise the insde leg to work the inner thigh…try it…it burns like hell :D

I hate my inner thighs let me know what works!! horse riding is good by the way.

put a pillow between your knees and squeeze it :o)
