I want to lose weight in 2 months. help?

Hey. Im 15 years old and I weigh 64kgs. I really want to lose 10-15kgs. My ideal weigth would be around 50kgs. But its not all about how much I weigh. I just want to look good, look thin. I dont really like hard core diets or anything, but im finding nothing works. I have Camp in two months and I really want to be able to feel good about my self and the way I look. I attend a gym 2-3times a week, and also do dance lessons twice a week. Im trying to work on my eating habbits but find it hard as im a fussy eater. Please help. Any ideas on how I can loose weight quickly, and tone up? so I can feel good about my body. PLEASE!!

it’s just like jaz said , weight loss doesn’t happen fast

here are some things that might help you :

when you’re craving something sweet , get skim milk and low fat cocoa powder ( or that nestle chocolate milk mix stuff ) and have a glass of that

if you are lactose intolerant , you can drink water sweetend with crystal light on the go or drink gatorade or powerade

try to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables , if you don’t like just plain fruit or vegetables , you can take the fruit , and eat it with yogurt , and you can add some brown sugar ( not a lot , like 4 tablespoons ) to a pot of steaming vegetables or you can grill some , which makes the vegetables taste really good lol

find a sport that intrests you can gets you moving , volleyball , basket ball , base ball , yoga , etc. ( also , yoga or pilates can increase your flexibility ) or you can play dance dance revolution , step mania , what ever it’s called , and play it for like 30 minutes or 40 minutes a day

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take many months to loose weight and see results, more than 2 not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first so you can see just how much you should loose to be in the healthy weight range you may only have to loose 5 kgs, so check first

I wanted to exactly what you want to do… and I did it.

By RUNNING!!! also, change what you eat… like instead of softdrink, have codial, and eat on a smaller plate… and eat slower..

this all worked for me… but now I have excess skin.. lol, its cool though
