I stop taking my birth control pills like a week ago
came on on the 7th of oct I had sex with my boyfriend on the 12th could I be pregnant

If you’re trying to get pregnant you should wait until 3 months after getting off the pill. Before that can cause a lot of other problems like ectopic pregnancy, higher chances of miscarriage (the birth control hormones are still there) and so on.
Do you mean you have stopped taking for the week when you are SUPPOSED to stop so you get your period? If so then you ARE still protected in this week. If you have just stopped taking them alltogether then there is every chance you could get pregnant.
