I need some good training advice for wrestling.

Ok I’m a wrestler and the season is over and I did pretty good this year and espeacially since it was my first year. I want to know if there are any certain exercises or weight lifting exercises I can do to help me out my following season.

Keep your flexibility and your cardio and lungs up, too. Run, stretch. Get into a complementary sport that will keep you fit, like soccer, or bicycle racing, or some of the marital arts. Aside from staying in shape, you may find that some of these other sports transfer well into wrestling. Have fun!
