I have no willpower

I feel like I have no willpower for anything, like to quit smoking, I know it’s discusting and I want to stop,I’ve tried (and failed) a number of times but I have no willpower to ?

Same with dieting, I’ve put on weight over christmas and I want to shift a few pounds, I know to diet it’s all about balance, exercise, healthy food, etc, and I have no willpower for that either, I don’t crave cake or chocolate or anything like that, I’m mad for savory food like noodles, burgers etc, I exercise then eat so I’m not really loosing anything

Some people would say if I really wanted to do it, I would, but I do want to! Helpful advice please?

I started buying one of those large containers of white rice at the chinese restraunt and I add turkey breast for sandwiches to it, I eat about 3-4 fruits a day for my sweet tooth I also like nature valley bars I eat 2 of those a day and I do cardio 6 days a week and weight train 4 days a week and I’ve lost weight and toned up. I stay full and I get my salt cravings and sugar cravings satisfied everyday. You just need to find what works well for you and your body. Its important to eat after you work out because after a workout your body is looking for food to feed muscles if you dont eat your body will feed on muscle. Just make healthier choices, clear all unhealthy food out of your home so you only have good choices. I used to smoke too, I think its just when you realize you really want to quit you will. I couldnt stop smoking either I always wanted to smoke but one day I seen one of those icky commercials on tv and it just got to me. I realized I wanted to live as long as I could and have a healthy life, also the smell of cigaretts was gross so I just cut down and eventually was able to quit. Good luck!

if I were you, my first concern would be smoking.. just think .. you would have so much more money if you didnt have to pay for your little dirty habbits maybe that will help you.. think of the good things that you want that could help you not want to smoke..

& diet im not sure, never been on one. but if you really wanted your body to look better you would stick to it, cleary it dont bother you to much!
