I’d say.. do not take baseballman’s advice. It could be way dangerous. Keep running and soon, you’ll be toning up, which means you be running a lot faster. Hope it helps!
do a lot of squat jumps they give your heart a good workout as well as your legs but they hurt a lot but thats a small price 2 pay when you achieve the results

well dude I’ll tell you a way thatll make you be able to run a lot longer and basicly faster but I don’t know it can cause like a heart attack because you might have to many red blood cells, but if you realy need to get a needle, and suck out some blood, and put the blood in a bag and freeze it about a month before you gotta run, and make sure you keep runnin while your in the month, then before you race, take like 10 CCs and inject them back, but do not inject to much or you will get a heart attack and you will die…see the red blood cells carry oxygen so with my red blood cells, the more air you have to breath, the more air you have to breath, the farther you can run
