How to prepair my body for a 15min 2mile?

So I have to run 2 miles in 15miniutes tomorrow. And is there anything I can eat or anything to help my body prepare? I already did it once and got 16miniutes. Any advice?

15 mins to run 2 miles? really? wow thats a long time. um just be sure to stretch and drink water and gatorade. 15 min is a long time tho gl

Eat some pasta before you run. The carbohydrates will give you extra energy and help you perform better. Also make sure that you get enough sleep.
