What is the most accurate way to lose 10 pounds in 1 month?

Please don’t just say eat healthy and exercise…I need specifics!

Running works. Im also trying 2 lose these last 10 pounds before school starts. Anyways… Try working out for 10 minutes throught the day. Studies have shown that it works better than doing a 30 min. or hour work out straight. You can buy Seventeen mag. They always have workout 2 help lose weight.

Eat healthy, excercise, and drink plenty of water. This gets asked all the time and there are no secrets to weight loss- it takes hard work and commitment. Cut out greasy, fried, and sugars, drink water, and excercise daily. Find something that you enjoy and its easier to stay on track - yoga, tai-chi, jogging, swimming, pilates etc.

Also dont weigh yourself everyday. I think thats why people gain weight once theyve lost it. They weight themselves and once their so close 2 their goal they go “o i lost eight pounds. Its ok if i eat this.” Also it can be a negative thing.

weightwatchers, im only 14 and i love it in a month i have lost 1st 1 pound, i’ve really started to look at what i eat i feel great xx
