If all else fails you absolutely have to follow this rule: Never eat fast food! It’s much worse than you think because the quality of ingredients is terrible. This way they charge less. Then they load everything up with way too much salt and fat to create the illusion that it tastes good. You need exercise once a day for 60 minutes. That’s officially healthy. Considering the factors that you might be nowhere near that athletic, work yourself up to it. I suggest daily exercise so you get into the habit of it. Start with 10 minutes a day, then 20, then 30, and so on. Running or riding a bike is the best way, I think. Or swimming if it’s convenient. (Good weather year round? Live near a lake/pool?) You have to push yourself too. When I was running around the track in gym, we had these numbers and lines to follow. I would think ‘I can’t go any further’. But then I’d say ‘Alright I’ll go to the number 2 and stop.’ And by the time I got to number 2 the distance didn’t seem so bad, because I already reached the end. And then I’d think ‘okay I can make it to number 3.’ And every day I ran it got easier. Also, pretend like you are running/swimming/biking for your life. Someone is after you and you are trying to get away as fast as possible. Or, you are angry and the anger is what drives you forward. You have the power to keep moving and forget the pain as if it isn’t there.

Every day. Exercise every day, and use the pyramid (the old one, the new ones stupid and confusing) using good judgement.

Answer #3

it should be 60 minutes a day.
