How do I get my dad to do this?!

Ok, iam trying to convince my dad to let me get a male mouse. I have 2 female mice and I want to breed one of them with a male mouse. I have always wanted baby mice. I think that if I handled 2 litters of kittens that had 8 or 9 in each litter then I think I can handle some more mice, I have already told him this. How do I convince him?

I agree with Phrannie, they reproduce like mad and most of them will be snake food.

buy a few different cages and watch them carefully. show him you’re ready to take the responsibility for handling and caring for the mice. they reproduce rather quickly so you must keep them in seperate cages soon after birth.

Your dad knows what he’s talking about…unless you plan to raise them to feed snakes, you’ll be crawling in mice within 3 or 4 months.
