How Can I Lose 40 Pounds ASAP?

I’m willing to do it the healthy way,just so you know. I’m on the chubby side. I have muffin tops,love handles,chunky legs,flabby arms,a double chin and a fat tummy. :P I’ve never really been fat before. Ever. And I’m so self-conscious right now. How can I lose 40 pounds quickly? And how can I tone out my body? How can I get into healthier habits? Is becoming a vegitarian going to help at all? What are some activities/excercises that I could do? Thanks.

Try cutting down on calories and trying exercises. If you really want to lose weight eat cereal. Nothing else. Just eat cereal till you lose weight. (dont over eat it though)

Don’t go on any diet that claims u lose a heap of weight in a few weeks. Eat the same as u do at the moment but go training or doing some kind of activity is the best & healthiest way. As long as your not just eating piles of crap. Watch what u eat but don’t let it control u. Eating regular foods isn’t a bad thing if you are burning off calories/fat. Some fats in foods your body requires. Changing diet dramatically requires your digestive system & body to adapt to the change (depending on the diet isn’t healthy itself). Find an activity u enjoy and it will be easier than u think, especially if you are willing to do something about it.
