I need to burn some calories easily

any one know of some ways to burn some calories (think around 500) at night that doesnt involve any machine.] thanks!

Well I had to lose 2 pounds every week and I walked 2miles every night and had smaller yet heather meals you must stick to it or you will gain the weight right back.:)

drink water it burns calories and try to be active, instead of sitting down all day
