How can I lose 10 pounds a week?

I met a woman that lost 15 pounds in a week and she wouldnt tell me how, so I want to know how to lose 10 pounds a week. I want to lose a 10 week for 14 weeks.

get real, girl. unless you are wayyy overweight there’s no way you can lose that much unless you starve yourself and as soon as you start eating again you’ll gain it all back. just diet and excersize and you will be fine. I’ve lost 22 pounds already, and I’m down to a size 3-4 jeans.

Exercise and eat nothing but salad and cereal… What do you think… you couold lose ten pounds in five d ays if you just starve yourself… or just be happy with your appearance because all that matters is how people view your personality

Even if you managed to lose 10 pounds in a week… that rate wouldnt last long… sorry, even if you starved, your body would simply adapt to the lack of food and your metabolism would slow down… You cant lose 140 pounds in 14 weeks…

Well I am currently 245, and I want to be thin for my birthday party. I know its super vain but this is the only thing I want that is vain so, it cant be too bad. So far I have been loseing about 6 a week, But I want to max out the weekly loss.

May I ask why you want to lose so much weight? I know of one way but I don’t recommend it. You could go w/o eating like I have. I am sick and I have no appetite. I am wasting away fast and I can’t seem to do anything about it. I try to eat but don’t have an appetite. I’m down to about 110, I think. I’m afraid to weigh. I’m 5’8”. I’m just skin and bone. You may see some pics of me (the ones w/white capris on) but I’ve lost more since then. Those pants fall off if me. Do you want to get that skinny? I would give anything to have more weight than less, but this is my opinion.
