im trying to loose weight to be in a size 10 please help me out its hard

its okay just eat low calorie foods and when you feel a little light headed from eating to healthy heat something with carbs like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and just run or jog half a mile to a mile everyday and you will loose weight and before you sleep do some floor exercises and dumbbell workouts and drink as much water as you can only! but if you want a diet coke its fine or any low calorie water mix to add flavor

do fifty sit-ups every night before you go to bed, and every day when you wake up. Try doing squats, about 60-70 seconds long. try doing those as much as possible. and make sure to eat healthy.low calorie foods, no take out. Coffee with little sugar and creamer is good to have because coffee is a fat burner, along with eggs. Also try eating a lot of apples.And don’t eat when you’re not hungry, that’s just stupid and pointless. But make sure to have small snacks to keep your metabolism going. (remember, LOW calorie foods.) There’s 1,400 calories in one pound, so try eating only 600 calories a day so you’ll burn more calories then you eat. But, if you do do this, remember the snack thing. You’ve got to keep your metabolism going! Okay? Okay. Hope I helped. (:

there isnt 1500 calories in a pound, its 3500. And the MINIMUM amount of calories you should be eating per day is 1200.
