I want to gain 35 pounds of muscle by summer how can I do it Without use in Protine shakes Creatine Steriods or Suplements They are all very dangerouse and can cause early dealth soif anyone no s What exercises should I do and wot foods can I eat to gain 35 pounds of muscle by summer

well , thats kind of hard to do. 4 months 35lbs? , without supplementation that would be a very very tough thing. but it is possible depends on what your genetics are and if your skinny and such. also the more fat you have the more room for your muscles to grow = larger muscle more weight. just stick to eating a lot of calories carbs and protein , protein should be 1.5 x your bodyweight , and calories should be 10 calories per pound of bodyweight. also a lot of sleep and more sets and slow concentrated reps something like this , 5x5 , 6x4 , 8x5 exc.

Wow that’s lots. Well lots and lots of milk!!! Also eating foods with a lot fo protein, such as steak, or fish. Work out a lot. Bench presses would prbably be really good. Crunches are also good. I would try and run every day to strengthen leg muscles. Eating a lot will help, but if you eat the wrong foods it will end up being body fat. Eat a whole lot of protein, and wow can protein shakes really cause early death?! I have like 2 a day 0_0 now I’m scared… Well swimming is also really good for gaining muscles, push-ups obviously are a must. If you have a Wii get the fitness program one and train with that, it’s fun and effective. I hoped I helped some!!! :]

physically impossible and the only thing up that you listed that can cause damage to your body years from now is steroids and creatine since there have been no long term studies on it and it isnt good for your kidneys

okay you can listen to whom ever you want on here but im a bodybuilder and I have been working out since I was 13 im 19 now , and ill be headed for pro IFBB bodybuilding card next year or the year after trust me , what I do on my bulking diet is lots and lots of calories from spagetti , boiled macaroni , spinach for extra protein , and #1 LASAGNIA!!! loaded with cottage cheese. carbs from whole wheat breads , and flax , also fishoil for hormone levels is good you need them elevated. do powerlifting movements only for 2 months to get strength and then stick to compound movements. you’ll see how good it works. try stick to 3.25% milk , those are good fats. and ummm oh yea LOTS of penut butter. but also I take creatine , glutamine , multivitamin , whey protein sometimes but shakes are a 3waste because they dont digest properly. amino pills , ZMA , and Nox’y’3. hope this helps , got anny questions just ask me bud.
