How to become a size 2?

im 15 and I weigh about 135,im 5ft and I where a 5 or 7. basicly all the exersize I get is at my cheerleading practices. ik that for my height im supposed to weigh around 100, so how would I get down to that? and whats the easiest way I could get down to a size 2?

whoa! only 1200 calories??? that’s too little! you should have AT LEAST 1800 to 2000 a day! dont starve yourself. but I do agree that you should jog around your neighborhood at least 3-5 times a week.

exersice thats basically it, just jog a few times aroud your neighborhood count your calorires, you should have 1200 calorires a day trust me you will lose weight if you do this and dont starve yourself that dosnt work :))
