OK I’m 13 5’4 and 220lbs obvioulsy not healthy.. I wanted to trim my wiast at least 2in every week. . but I cant leave the food alone… help

Drink lots of water. I carry a water bottle around and just drink whenever I’m hungry between meals. The only downside is I have to pee a lot. Also…EXERCISE. I don’t know if you do or not, but it’s VERY important for health and weight. Good luck.

just remind yourself how much you want to look when I want to make myself stop eating I hang out in my room reorganizing my closet or cleaning - just stay away from food DONT SNACK, eat only when your hungry wear a rubber band and snap it everytime you get a craving

Make The food taste bad, or everytime your about to eat something fattening think “A moment on the lips a life time on the hips! haha

uhuh, unless you gained 2 inches in a week, I’d stop dreaming about something that isnt going to happen…

stop trying to not eat and replace your diet with more healthy foods
