Guardianship in Texas
My uncle became legal guardian of my grandmother last year and is making her life a living hell by isolating her from her grandchildren. He is trying to run every aspect of her life and she is tired of it. Can he be taken off as her guardian if he is mistreating her?
yes!! talk to your lawyer.
Consult your lawyer for options.
yes… but you need to talk to someone.. if you have a lawyer that really would work best…
try this site too… http://www.aoa.gov/eldfam/Elder_Rights/Elder_Rights.aspx
