Getting visible abs

I’m a 17 year old female, about 114 pounds, 5’3” (give or take) and by BFP is 16.8%. I have been doing cardio (mostly biking) 6-7 days a week from anywhere between 30 minutes and 2 hours. I eat low fat food (no specific diet), and do 200 crunches variations every night. My goal is to have visible abs, no crazy muscles, just defined . What do you think I will need to get my BFP down to in order to have visible abs? And if I keep up the routine I have now how long could it take?

Please no guesses, I’m looking for people who know what they are talking about ^^
