How can I get into shape before school starts?

hey does anybody know anything I could do 2 get in shape before school starts cus im always tired and athletics is going 2 kill me if I don’t get in shape!!

This is your best time to start getting used to exercises.

You can start 15 minute exercises then 20 min. depending on you.

Then regular 30 minute exercises 3 to 4 times a week will be nice to maintain. Choose the one that you like so you will do it religiously and enjoy it, too.

Start jogging.jog or sprint 2 miles a day.thats how got good time on my mile test.

hay but how much do you weigh?? cus im not FAT but I was I only way 102 pounds now and im 5 foot 3 and im in the best shape I’ve ever been, if you prob put your weight and height I can help you lose about 5 pounds a week. (:
