Err Help. perfect body befor school starts!

School starts in 10 days, I want the perfect body, well not the perfect body but you get what I mena, I’m not fat, but I have a little bit on me. but manly my stumach would be the biggest problem, and my legs. :( how can I lose the fat on my legs and stumach, and the little bit of flab thats on my arms? and I’m also starting to get a double chin but you really can see it. :( I atlest want to have my stumach and legs fixed. please help

just do a lot of cardio, like biking or jogging. yeah crunches will help but it only strengthen your core but not really burn the fat. in order to burn fat you should increase your heart rate

I do at least 200 crunches before bed and I run for an hour every morning and on saturdays I take pole dancing class it helps building muscle. it usually works for me so to keep your stomach from bein I guess you call it pudgy then do crunches and it should do the trick =]
