Can I exercise too much?

If I do yoga in the mornings then of the evenings do regular exercising such as cardio, ab, legs, butt exercises..is that over working my body or is it fine? and if i do this will i get results in 2-3 weeks?

Yoga in the morning and cardio in the afternoon is fine, but yes you can exercise. Id say you have a pretty good balance right now, heavy cardio should only be once a day.

No….you’re not overworking your body. I don’t know what exactly the results you want are, but I do think you’ll see a difference in 2 or 3 weeks…

im working for a tighter stomach..which its not that bad now..just not as tight as it use to be, and my butt and hips toned. those are my main focus points..
