Back to School Body

Ok, so there is approximatley 3 weeks till school starts and I need to look good. I’m 5ft. 4 and 120 lbs. I’ve packed on 20 lbs. this summer. Is it possible to drop 10 to 15 lbs. in this amount of time healthily? If so how can I go about doing this (exercises, meals, and motivation tips)? And please don’t say I’m perfect the way I am because I asked my doctor and he advises that I lose this amount of weight due to my small frame. Thanks :)

Its best to exercise in the morning because that way you can get it over with instead of putting it off. And eating less calories, and cutting back on carbs will be helpful too. GOOD LUCK :D

honestly you dont wanna exercise in the morning because your going to be eating later so youll just be gaining back the calories. So eat as little calories as possible(not too little :D) and exercize at nightime

wake up eat breakfast, then excercise, if you got a pool swim for like an hour

eat 1000 calories a day and exercise in the morning before you eat, that will get you there
