Does this diet work?
Hello I am 18 years old 5’4” and weigh 160 im trying to loose 30 pounds! I started to buy slim fast shakes I take one every moring along with a vegatable, at lunch im eating a sandwich/fish/ chicken, and for dinner a very low calorie meal. Im doing a 20 min workout 7 days a week. I need to loose weight im currently attending a nursing school to become an lvn and I want to be a role model since I tell all my pt.s to be healthy I should take my own advice! ! Hehe Would this work for me?
eat normal but healthy, dont skip meals, drink lots of water, dont overindulge in sweets, and exercise frequently (I suggest aerobic exercises to burn calories such as the treadmill or bike or just a walk), understand that if you gain weight it may possibly be muscle…(never eat too many carbs unless you plan to workout within that hour)
heres the best diet ever
10 nuts in the morning lean meat for lunch and low cal for dinner
then push it up to 25 or 30 mins 7 days a week =]
