Which weights should you use during squats?

you said to get a big butt to do squats with weights do you mean ankle weights or hand weights.

I would imagine, hand weights. Primarily because of the fact that, the ankle weights would be more for if you were looking to be doing walking or jogging with them.. Though very good, the action of doing such exercises as squats would require one to have weight (Hand weights) that would be high of the elevation than the buttock, such that the pending motions would cause a resistance that would flex the muscles according to the work out. Logically, ankle weight in this situation would not necessarily do the job, however you can use them when walking.. I know I do.. It strengthens the legs & gets you’re heart pumping!

Ps.. With any onset of a new activity, mind that you should always start out of a lighter weight. Until which time you find a comfortable weight.. Then step up accordingly, because over bearing your self is just as bad as to not work out at all.. Good luck! ~Ben~
