Do I owe her?

A friend of mine, who lives in a different state, thought she was pregnant.. And was scared to buy a pregnancy test, so she sent me the money to buy it for her, so I did, and sent it.. But she never got it. I feel like I owe her the money back, do I?

No, hon.! it probably qot lost in the mail or somethinq. maybe she really did qet it but, she just doesn’t want to say.? whatever the case may be, you did all that you could and you should feel a sense of pride; not a sense of lonqinq to pay her back.

If you bought it and sent it, then no. If she wanted insurance she should have paid you for that.

You went out of your way to do her a favor. You fulfilled your responsiblity. Once it was out of your hands, you can not control the US Postal Service competency. It is a little strange she did not get it. Did you address it correctly? If not, you should pay her back. If you did, then it is not your fault. Did you discuss it with her? She probably does not even expect it back. Dont feel guilty if you did everything right.
