Ok I want to know what you did to loose weight idc from 5lbs- 100lbs what were your tricks? How many hrs or minutes did you exercise? Diet plans you were on what you ate anythinggg!! write full info please hehe :) and what is the best exercise for the lower tummy my worste stubborn part looks like I have a beer belly tmi I know idc no one is perfect

at least 20 mins walk per day and a sensible diet… try the classic:

cereal for breakfast and dinner and a nice healty tea
