How can I lose belly and thigh fat (please read)?

I’m 5’5”, I weigh anywhere from 131 - 136 lbs. my weigh fluctuates a lot, I’ve learned not to freak out anymore. But, my problem is, I have a bit of belly fat, but im pretty lean, so this bulge of fat in the front of me… and my thighs. I hate it.. I dont wanna hear the “130 lbs is nothing, your fine” speech. it doesnt look right. If you saw me, you’d understand. Id feel much better about myself. I’ve asked this question a lot, but I need to commit. what can I do? cruches, I know. but I get tired so fast. eat right? sorry… no diet plans work. I love food. I have a fast metabolism, I can eat as much as I want, I dont gain weight, but I cant lose it either… can someone please help me?

Answer #1

I cant gain or lose weight outside my little niche… it stays between 130 and 136… never goes up or down past that

Answer #2

it depends on the type of figure you want. if you want to lose fat on your legs, try taking up jogging, and for your stomach, crunches are good, but jumping jacks every morning and night work wonders, even if it sounds insane. I have a workout routine I followed for one month, and I lost 13 pounds. If you’re interested in that, go ahead and add me and I’ll send it to you. ^_^ Good luck!

your post makes no sense, you said you cant gain weight … but yet you say your weight fluctuates so you obviously gain weight, and it probably has a lot to do with what you think you are working off with your “fast metabolism”. As you get older in age (not saying youre older in age haha!) but youre metabolism slowly slows down. So that could be why you cant lose the weight as well. You need to exercise at least 30 mins a day. Just even consistently going for a walk every day, and then doing some light weight training. lifting weights burns calories even after you are done. Inner thights.. I do pile squats, instead of just squating normally, put your feet further apart, and turn your toes outwards, and do those. they really hurt :)

If you were trule ready to commit, you would have that, ‘I like food too much, sorry.’ attitude. You also wouldnt keep telling yourself, Oh I have a fast metabolisim that makes it okay. Diets don’t work for anybody because once you lose the weight and go back to old eating habits, you’ll just gain it right back. The key is to establish healthy eating habits and keep them for the rest of your life. A diet is a temporary thing, that’s why it’s not successful, and if it is, it doesnt last.

Please, people stop asking this question, please. =P
