Don’t freak because appetite loss is very common and can occur for different reasons:

A. Appetite can decrease and increase your appetite depending on the intensity, temperature of the environment…so if you have stopped working out or have changed your exercise routine then that might be causing this change.

B. It is common for appetite to decrease if you are under stress, feeling nervous, sad, or even excited.

C. As we get older our bodies change and go through many changes sometimes including appetite changes.

D. If you have changed anything in your diet that can effect fullness too…

If you are finding it hard to eat at all and it becomes a problem…make sure you visit your doctor or a nutritionist because you need to make sure you are in good health. the most important thing to be aware of is not so much the quantity of what you eat but the quality…be good to your body and keep yourself healthy by giving it the nutrition it deserves. :)
