Curvier body
heyyy,
umm im really skinny not like disgustingly but skinny and my legs have a little shape to them but I really want curvier legs and just a curvier body like I understand I cant increase my hip bone size im ohhkay with that.
but I would really just like to make my legs curvier by making my thighs/butt bigger. im happy with everythingg else though.
over all my question is how can I get more curvier legs (thighs/butt) even though it takes me forever to gain weight because of my fast metabolism.
You’ll probably become curvier when you grow up. That happened to me ;)
well since you want to be curvier (not thicker), I suggest a few things I did to get my curves, and they are free and simple!!

Put your back against a wall. Bend your knees and go down until you are in a “sitting in a chair/toilet position”. It sounds silly - but trust me. Start doing this for about 15-30 seconds a day (depending on what you can handle), then gradually increase the seconds you do it everyday. This will tighten your legs and thighs. You will feel the most burn in your thighs, but your weight is also on the calves.

For your butt - You can make it look more plump at the bottom, and more tight by doing something similar to the method above. This time, you don’t need a wall and you won’t be making yourself sit on an invisible chair! Just stand up, bend your knees and simply go up and down (squats), they tighten your butt and work your legs!
