Thank you for your advice it’s very much appreciated. Just so I can go into further detail.
I don’t eat white processed carbs and I don’t drink sodas. So those things I can’t cut out.
I’m so frustrated…I felt perfect two months ago at 118 pounds… Since I’m a student I’m limited to only a few things for exercise…so I decided to jog on the spot for 30 minutes x 3 times a week.
Have you ever heard of calorie shifting? I think I want to give that a try too…I just want my body back ):
