Big Weightloss Question! Help?

So my current weight is:185 My goal weight by end of June beginning of July is: between 130-145 That means losing a total of 50 or 40 pounds in 5 months. Will I be able to reach that goal if this is what I do 7 days a week? Example:

Breakfast[dont usually eat until 10:30am]: 1 strawberry/banana whey shake with half a real banana in it and 4 strawberrys [made with water,I dont drink milk]

Lunch[2:30pm]: some kind of vegetarian sandwich [im a vegetarian]

Dinner[7:00]: -1 whey shake again with 1 cup of salad with beans on top for carbs/fat

I would also take a multi-vitamin with green tea extracts daily Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. And Exercise like this daily. Example:

-15 minutes of belly dancing [for stomach toning]

-butt,arms,back,legs,stomach toning exercise

-50 minues of a walking exercise that switches between fast walking to moderate, involves punching, and crunches while standing

any tips would also be appreciated!! =)

I would be mixing up the lunch and the salad for supper, that was just a quick example =P

going to bed full is bad and will make you chubbier

yr thats seem quite alrite jut remeber dont skip any meals and make sure your calories dont go below about 1100-1200 good luck and let you know how you do im sure you’ll do it :):):) xx

It’s best to eat a good breakfast. You can eat most of your calories then because you generally work it off during the day. Make sure you add protein. Watch the foods that become sugar. Anything that gets you moving will help you lose weight. Good luck.

It sound allright - give youself some more variety in your diet though. If you are eating the same thing every day - you are more likely to get bored with it and eat unhealthy foods.

Also, don’t give yourself a time frame to loose the weight - just let your body do it’s own thing - every woman loses weight at a different pace.
