Does this sound like a good car to you? I have a 1996 Toyota Camry right now at almost 170k miles but everyone says toyotas can run forever. Is this true about a firebird, or should I look elsewhere?

keep your camry I dono what your thinking. if its taking care of you then take care of it. pontiac is not reliable and 170 k is nothing for a camry!

the only problem is there arent any newer cars for sale in my area that arent total out of my price range or dont have a million miles on them

Oh gasp! That is kinda old. My mom’s car is a 1992 camry and it is not doing to well right now and has had to be serviced many times.
