Run. I lost like 50 lbs just running. When you get over, “doing it” It’s very relaxing. And a great way to blow off some steam. Tuna Salads, and a ballys card works amazingly as well. =)

Well, I would definately say to exercise daily. Do a lot of crunches, jumping jacks, and running. Also, eat salads for lunch. Have only small portions for dinner. Eat stuff like boneless skinless chicken. Have oatmeal and eggs for breakfast.
